Actor Ben Freeman was looking relieved yesterday after being dramatically told he could fly home for Christmas in the UK. Freeman is facing charges of raping a 16-year-old British girl on the holiday island of Barbados. He was given the green light to return to the set of Emmerdale, after his legal team produced £25,000. His solicitor, Desmond Sands, said he would be pleading not guilty to the charge because he was innocent. Ben's state of clothing has been the hot topic of conversation over the trail, as its clear his colourful make shift suit was not from choice.Pictures by Chris Brandis.
