The last time Nicole Richie saw Joel Madden she ended up driving the wrong way down a highway. Depending on how you look at it, Joel either has a good or a bad effect on women. I guess we have to assume Nicole thinks he's good, as she met him for another a secret rendezvous. The pair arrived separately at Fred Segal, and tried to look like they were doing their own thing. Yeah right, stop french kissing in the bushes and smile for the cameras.
